Is that normal? my 485 was transferred to NSC. My Eb1a was approved on April
2th in TSC, 10 min ago ago I called the number, which told me that my 485
is now in NSC. I filed my 140 and 485 concurrent in Nov last year. Does
someone know it is normal or not? I am waiting for the 485 approval to quit
the job.

你的case状态改变了么？如果800给出的信息和online状态不一致，建议你再打800，接
tier2，让他们帮你做Service request看看。或者你自己直接去做infopass。这个不一
致的后果可大可小。
我LD的case从NSC墨迹了4个月transfer到TSC又墨迹了三个半月。还在焦急等待中。

你确信是NSC而不是NBC?
两者一个字母之差，意义不同。 如果是到NSC, 应该是你的住址有关系，不过呢，移民
局也犯过错误，很可能过几天会transfer回来。这样的事情去年发生过至少2起。最后
都批准。

我LD的case前几天也被从TSC 转回NSC,收到纸质信件的确认，上面大概意思是 in
order to speed up your case,we transfer your case from TSC to NSC.
我是主申请人在ohio，属于NSC, 他在texas，我们两个一起在三月初提交到NSC，然后
NSC把他的case重新分配到TSC,现在又把他的485由搞回NSC,不知道是好事还是不好啊。
另外，case换中心审理会收到新的receipt number吗？

我的也是。收到797也打过电话，被告知为了“加快审理速度”。依据是目前NSC只要4
个月，而TSC要差不多6个月。NND。
