LinkedIn 启动了一个帮助非 IT 背景的人转行软件开发的 Project.
主要是在 flagship team, 大体上类似一个有mentor 的实习活动。面试bar不是特别高。
但是这个经历对于想转行的绝对很好，而且有专人辅导。

Dirt cheap summer airfare rate to/from San fran to Honolulu at slightly
