请各位牛人赐教：最近看一房子，九五年造。走出式完装地下室。在二楼主卧窗户与地
板间墙上有一垂直裂缝，目测较明显。但对应一楼客厅及地下室同一位置未发现问题，
外侧一层及地下室部分为砖也未发现裂缝。二楼外墙为塑质所以无法观测。请问这会有
可能是地基问题吗？不好意思，未拍照。

对方20%，主要是因为对方在主路上，而我是侧路加入，对方的主要责任是她速度较快
，根本没有注意到我，撞上了我的车，所以她因疏忽路面情况而要负责20%的责任。我
当时虽然不付，但是不想惹事情，就没有继续跟保险公司交涉，以为事情就此结了。
今天保险公司打电话说，对方拒绝承认任何责任，请了律师，要告保险公司判决不公，
保险公司问我要不要跟他们对峙公堂，还是我主动愿意承担100%责任。保险公司依旧会
全部付款，不需要我个人出钱，问题就是以后的我每年的车保险会价格调整。
我曾经在2010年有过一次车祸记录，当时是国内驾照，不知道现在这里有没有记录。现
在如果再承担100%的责任我不服气，因为这次明显是对方撞的我的车。 但是不知道如
果对峙公堂的话，对我有没有影响。我的140在3月初刚刚通过，上个月底刚刚打过指纹
。这些事情会影响到我吗？

FYI, it is a common practice to get the Amazon Rep (including online chat)
to do price match or adjustment. I even got a $50 refund from an online
Newegg rep for my 16-35mm len, which I bought ten days before. I happened to
notice their price for the len was $50 less, chatting to a rep about this,
and saying Amazon will do price adjustment in the similar case, then rep
just authorized the refund.
It is not much money compared to the cost of len,but you will feel much
happier if this happens.
If you haven't tried yet, I definitely encourage you to do so, online chat
works just fine.
