要买的房子和将要建的新bart station之间：
直线距离 0.6 mile （1000米左右）
开车大约是1.5mile
要买的房子倒是小区中间，周围都有不少房子
这个有啥硬伤没有？比较纠结中。。。

其实离最近的track直线距离大约400米
这个最近的track在4-5block之外，有20个左右房子和4，5条小路隔着
不知道这种距离吵不吵，是bart进站前的时候
这个bart站是最后的一个bart站了

I took BART a few times, I don't think it is noisy, only when it go throgh
some tunnnel, it gets kind of loud.
if any case, much less noise than Caltran.

about 5 years, I stayed a week at a classmate's house in Palo Alto, near
caltrain station and Palo alto high school, every morning starting around
6, caltrains come and go like earthquakes.

我看到有人说bart很吵的，much more noise than caltran, 说杯子都放不稳如果bar
t经过，仿佛4级地震，呵呵。。。
这人是在说反话吗？

在湾区的人没见过caltrain和bart在路上跑？
谁更吵用脚趾头都能听出来

that's my personal experience, other may disagree. I took BART a few times.
you can go to Fremont Bart station and hear the noise yourself. and go to
Santa clara Caltrain station as a comparison.

BART noise level 比 Caltrain 低；但比Caltrain 频繁得多。

出站为啥要刹车呢？
查了一下：
进站前要提前减速的，进站的速度一般是30-40公里/小时，i.e., 25mph， driving sp
eed in residential area
离家最近的地方，应该就是bart开始滑行进站的距离了,可能确实问题不太大

这个距离已经比较不受影响了。在fremont 地区，我的标准是2000 feet （600 m)
以外。

My house next to the BART Milpitas station. BART RNIP team told me that the
noise should be below 39dB indoor if I have some noise reduce measures
intalled.
39 dB is the noise of refrigerator level.

卖的话不知道，租出去肯定是好事，现在BART旁边的apartment房租明显涨的更快。

乐观些想想，可以去新bart站观光。。。据说新bart站会有大的landscaping，呵呵

我觉得现在flea market那儿要造的房子应该会比较贵。那一片据说要建800 unit加商
业区。其实有了新商业区，对你说的那个房子应该是利好。
新修的bart震动和噪音做得都会比较好。100米以外应该没有影响。
