Visa bulletin关于第二排期专门写了一句if a category is designated “current,
” all applicants in the relevant category may file, regardless of priority
date. 这句话怎么理解？

国内流行墙外开花墙内香，那么多的人跑韩国当实习生，然后出道后再回国捞钱。
其实他们在韩国也就是普普通的小艺人而已，回国后一炒作，就成了当红炸子鸡，就成
了大咖。
屠呦呦也是在国外拿了奖，然后才被熟知的吧。当然还有北京折叠，当年据说拿了
雨果奖，然后国内的一些人才知道了这部小说。当时我看了几眼，感觉挺牛，然后就问
国内在某媒体跑文化口的同学，同学说当时国内可以看，没事。当然可能短时间之内
不会被拍成影视剧吧，看书还是没问题的。

我有看到你们的讨论。但是bulletin上面写的是这样的

而且第二排期就叫filing date，按照你们的说法，eb3根本不能交485嘛？eb2干嘛还要
relink？这点我非常困惑

然后你在回头看看今年4、5月份的时候的visa bulletin就知道为什么当时EB23版在热
烈讨论relink而现在就没声音了。
