EB1绿卡，并不是通过婚姻的。现在申请公民，N-400上填了 the earlier marriage
information，还需要提供离婚证明复印件吗？只有国内中文的，自己翻译行吗？还是
去哪些机构翻译？申请绿卡时候好像没有要这个呀。

如果是主申请人的确可能不需要这个。
找地方翻译认证呗

这类翻译, 可不可以自己(当事人)翻译, 然后附上STATE和签名:
