EB1绿卡，并不是通过婚姻的。现在申请公民，N-400上填了 the earlier marriage
information，还需要提供离婚证明复印件吗？只有国内中文的，自己翻译行吗？还是
去哪些机构翻译？申请绿卡时候好像没有要这个呀。

这类翻译, 可不可以自己(当事人)翻译, 然后附上STATE和签名:
I, XXXX, declare under penalty of perjury that I am competent to translate
from Chinese into English; and that, to the best of my knowledge and belief,
the statements in the English language in the translation of the divorce
certificate above, which I have translated, is true and correct and have the
same meanings as the statements in the Chinese language in the original
document, a copy of which I have attached with this translation.
还是必须第三方来翻译?
