大家看房的时候，都被要求签这个Exclusive right-to-represent contracts吗？
协议中有这句话
buyer agees to pay buyer's agency a fee for the services provided under this
agreement in the following manner: 3% of the sale price of the property.
但是没有
if another party pays the broker the commission, the buyer doesn’t have to.
请问大家的协议是否也不包括第二句话？
如果不包括第二句话，是否意味着，买方代理的3%commission，将是买方出？
