Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, which was
filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on May 2, 2016.
USCIS records indicate that an element of the additional review process was
initiated in XX’s Form I-485 case. It appears that this review process has
been completed. Therefore, we forwarded your inquiry to the Form I-485
team, to be assigned to an officer. If your constituent does not receive a
decision or other notice of action within 45 days, you may contact us for an
update. Please be advised that the Nebraska Service Center is unable to
grant requests for expedited processing in employment-based Form I-485 cases
.
