提交 i-140跟O1冲突吗？
最近提交了eb1a的i-140，没通过。
现在准备让公司申请o1,公司律师可能不太清楚情况，说我不能申请o1。
“Because he filed his EB1A, XX should not file for the O-1 as it is in
direct conflict with his intent to obtain permanent residency in the U.S....
”
这make sense吗? O1究竟什么情况下才不能申请？

中国人打电话有个习惯就是爱说“好”这个字。
我这次在跟朋友们聚会的时候，一个哥们席间就接起来了电话，我们在旁边听着哈哈大
笑。
他从接起来电话的那一刻，就一直在说，好，好，好好好，好，好的，好，好的！
他的手机是华为的，虽然不是外放声音，但是我们依旧可以清楚的听到电话另一头的那
个女士，也是一直在说，好好好的。
其实他俩就是说，一会我们这边的聚会结束了之后，可能他们要在某个地方见面，目的
是那个女士有个什么资料还是东西要给我哥们，是跟业务合作有关系的吧。
就这点事，前面就说了个“是在那个什么什么大厦门口见面吗？”
再往后，就说了“那我到了给你打电话，你再下楼。”
就是我哥们要过去找那个女士拿东西而已。
结果我们就在旁边听到他俩这么来回来去的说了二十多个“好”字，我是数着的，真的
有这么多，听的我尴尬病都要犯了，就是确定个时间地点，用得着说这么多“好”吗？？
我们当时就忍不住大笑了几声，但是哥们不知道我们是笑他呢，还以为是我们几个在边
吃边聊什么好玩的事情，他还问了句，说什么好玩的呢？
于是我们又大笑了好几声。
