Home Inspector :

Very professional and patient. Report is detail and easy to read. I followed
him during the whole inspection process and asked a lot of questions, he
answer them one by one. After I found out he has to crawl underneath the
house to inspect the foundation, I tried to give him $20 tips for
appreciation. He didn't accept it. He said, my service charge is high end,
it covers what it should cover. He is really a decent guy.
He charges $400 if he doesn't need to go under neath the house for
inspection, charge $50 more if he need to go underneath.
