just got a debt notice from a debt collection company, claim that i have a
bill unpaid.
the situation is: four years ago, I was covered by this university health
insurance which cover the eye examination fees. so I went to the school eye
center and do the examination. afterwards, I got a brief notice from the eye
center, told me that the bill has not been paid, so I submit that to the
department business office that they said they will handle that for me. but
now after four years, it seems the m
