The agreement is about the stock option. In the agreement, it says:
IN THE EVENT OF TERMINATION OF THE EMPLOYEE'S EMPLOYMENT WITH THE COMPANY FOR
ANY REASON PRIOR TO THE FIRST EXERCISABLE DATE, THE OPTION SHALL BE FORFEITED.
my question is if I resign before the first exerciable date but my last date
is one day after the first exerciable date, will the option be forfeited?
p.s. the first exercisable date is the day for option to BECOME exercisable.

Why don't you resign AFTER the exercisable date?
