2.2 Seller shall sell Equipment to Buyer subject to these terms and
conditions of sale only and to the exclusion (to the extent permissible by
law) of all other terms, conditions, guarantees and warranties whether
express or implied, statutory or otherwise. While the Buyer may for
convenience place orders using its own stationery the parties acknowledge
that the terms and conditions contained in any of Buyer's order forms shall
