我和房东对签的lease有不同看法，大家伙烦请帮忙看看。房东已经准备叫 collection

This lease made this March 15, 2007, by and between XXX (landlord) known as
Lessor, and you (my name and my wife’s name), known as Lessees, covering
the property at XXX (the apartment) for an approximately term of 12 months
beginning on 5-15-2007 at 2 PM and ending on 6-28-2008 at 10 AM for a total
base rent of $ 7292.00 payable in advance without demand as follows: $307
due on 5-15-2007 for the periods of occupancy from 5-15-2007
