在一家医疗器械生产企业工作了5个月.公司一直不提供Radiation badge,以各种理由推
拖. 后来我感觉非常差,身上有烧伤的痕迹,逛街的时候都几乎晕倒. 公司里一个好心的
黑哥们告诉我,在我的座位和几台X光机之间的墙根本不含铅. 事实是我在没有任何防护
下工作了5个月.
之后我见了大夫,并且一直接受治疗. 公司停了我的收入和保险,并且用各种办法威胁我
.也包括安装无线相机和窃听器在我的住处和汽车里.
我决心用法律解决问题.
我需要帮助.很多法律问题不明白.有在BALTIMORE OR DC AREA的法律界朋友请发信到站

If your company has a deep pocket, you are going to be rich. Try to find a

First, find a hospital, get physical test including radiation test;The
evidence is the most important thing after all. Most lawyers won't take your
case if you just have some complaint without professional diagnose/evidence
.
Second, get the detail information about the working safety regulation from
your company;Also, find out your State regualtion(Maryland?) about the
working safety especially related to radiation control. There must be some
goverment agencies that regulate these issues. Send
