如题，是打电话还是写信好？
有有经验的吗？
我的情况是这样，因为要给儿子申请税号，又不想把护照交上去，所以去了local的办
公室，去交的，估计他们把我的材料寄给了resident的部门，据说他们不懂免税。另外
我第一次填税表，可能写得不太清楚，但我附了8833表。
我该怎么找？打电话，还是写信，还是两个都做？谢谢
还有儿子的税号还没收到，也没有任何结果！！

You can write an authorization letter that authorized your family member to
handle all issues related to house purchase, including mortgage application.
You then need to get this authorization letter notarized by Chinese embassy

Yes. Look for "Sensitive" on the label, usually with pink color.

我这儿Linux的版本应该是不能自动升级的，每次我得手动升级，需要用到root权限，
不像Windows里装在用户目录下。
我的意思是不知道哪次手动升级后开始知道那些的。

中文输入早就有了。我的版本是3.0.194.3,刚升的级（不是自动的），还是不支持
flash。不过看来快了，已经在问要不要设为default了。

chromium也可以了，版本比google的新一点点，而且有源，几乎每天升级

Very nice. It's almost good for every-day browsing now.
One minor annoyance for me: the keypad doesn't work in chromium, which
it does in almost all other gtk/qt apps I have used.
