准备放弃了。
文字对话很精致有趣，但是太拖沓了，在一些不是很重要的细节上精雕细琢，对俺这种
只适合快餐文学的文盲有点 too much 了。。。

荷兰东印度公司在日本nagasaki的一个factory：
The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet is the fifth novel by David Mitchell.[
1] It is a historical novel set during the Dutch trading concession with
Japan in the late 18th century, during the period of Japanese history known
as Sakoku.
The novel begins in the summer of 1799 at the Dutch East India Company
trading post Dejima in the harbor of Nagasaki and tells the story of a Dutch
trader's love for a Japanese midwife who is, however, spirited away into a
sinister mountain temple cult.

David Mitchell文字狠不错，高手。除了篇幅短点，有点Neal Stephenson的风格，行

刚刚发现NYT的评价很高啊
If any readers have doubted that David Mitchell is phenomenally talented and
capable of vaulting wonders on the page, they have been heretofore silent.
Mitchell is almost universally acknowledged as the real deal.

David Mitchell文字狠不错，高手。除了篇幅短点，有点Neal Stephenson的风格，行
文中略感一些Patrick O'Brian的味道。

Mitchell的水平确实很高。在云图里面看他的文笔的老道，风格自如地转换，就是
jinjin也只能望其项背啊……

飞边计算，算速度方向仰角油量这些。驾驶员一刻不能松手，累死。为了习惯严寒，两

咋死的了。

一个淋浴，洗得干干净净地出现在大家面前那个细节了。
