昨天发了CAUSES之后，有义工提出，OCEF在CAUSES上有两万多会员，其中可能很多读不
了中文；我昨天因为赶时间没加英文，这部分会员可能收到CAUSES的EMAIL，根本就看
不懂。这样不利于OCEF的发展。以后要争取中英文双语。
所以，here you go.
煽情的话都在英文里了，中文就是把申请表和义工的讨论简单总结了一下。
另外大家关注一下几张照片的标题，我觉得不错，哈哈 *_^
PS： 大家别匿名了吧，一来OCEF需要有你的信息才能给你发免税收据；二来所说有的
公司可以凭你的捐款证明MATCH这笔捐款（未经核实，有了解的说一声）。资本主义的

Our "previous", one-day old project, "DONATE: 500 Books = $1000; Smiles on
Children's Faces = Priceless!" , has received overwhelming responses. In
less than 24 hours, we've received $1338, $338 more than our goal. Together
also came protests, "I woke up only a couple hours late and now the project
is done?"
OK. Fine. We heard ya!
We've found you another school with 31 kids, who love reading but just don't
have enough to read. Here it goes, Southeastern Elementary School in the
Town of Long-Ming, Tian-deng county, GuangXi, China. In the school, two
teachers lead 31 students. They own a small library of 150 books, which they
received from a local NGO. The kids love reading. They enjoy story-telling.
Sometimes a teacher tells story to the kids. Sometimes the kids tell
stories in turn. They even read poems! Perhaps not "The Giving Tree" though.
So these kids have everything: warm hearts, love to read, keen to learn, and
most importantly, the most beautiful smiles. Except that, they don't have
enough books to read.
Since we have $338 left over from the previous project, let's aim for $662
this time. Together that should be enough to buy 500 books and 31 smiling
faces.

广西天等县龙茗镇东南小学烟校高教点，共有老师2人，学生31人，其中小学生18人，
学前班13人。学校有个小小的图书角，藏书150册。这些书是一个名叫" 鹿溪青少年公
益发展中心"的民间组织捐赠的。学校的老师之一董老师就是这人组织的义工。除了坚
守多年的董老师自己常组织学生开展阅读活动, 鹿溪志愿者平均每个学期到该教学点举
办2次阅读活动,包括故事会,创意绘画,诗会,猜谜语,文字游戏,文艺汇演等.下面为鹿溪
志愿者10月到该教学点开展的阅读活动,有来自深圳的志愿者参与,并举办了一次别开生
面的"情意自然"主题活动。
在老师和鹿溪志愿者的影响下，孩子们很喜欢读书。从2010年开始，孩子们经常开展讲
故事、诗歌朗诵等活动。
老师们最想要的书，是欧美国家的教育类图书，可以指导老师开展阅读活动和上阅读课
的书籍。孩子们最想要的书，是绘本，故事，作文，科学，与动物和植物相关的图书，
儿童诗歌。
他们，爱读书。
