Use photoshop
1. open an image file in ps
2. find a color sample tool on toolbar ( left side of working space)
3. click the color you want to find out its color code

您要开发还是只颜色识别？
其实点QQ截图，随鼠标移动，图像框下方就有RGB color, maxthon也有snap tool, 显
示HEX color, photoshop可以的，但如果只是查颜色似乎没有必要用ps这么大的软件。
如果是开发，取决于你用哪一种语言，以java为例，用getRGB method获取：
int rgb = image.getRGB(x,y,w,h.....);
int red = (rgb>>16)&0xff;
int green = (rgb>>8)&0xff;
int blue = (rgb)&0xff;

是有个logo要print在袋子上，需要找到准确的color code。

看了好几遍都没看懂你想问什么，是想问图片的color mode，还是想问像素的RGB值？
既然你说到印logo，估计你就是想问color mode。因为问每个像素的RGB值没有意义。
如果是传统印刷的话，RGB模式是不行的，必须要先转成CMYK模式。
现代的打印设备，好像也有的接受RGB模式了，但为安全期间，一般还都是先转成CMYK
模式。
