去年还退回了1000多，今年竟然要倒贴1000多。收入没有涨多少，Duduction也和去年

as for custom regulation, you can always bring thing OUT OF united states.

查了transportation security administration http://www.tsa.dhs.gov/travelers/index.shtm，发现打火机不可以托运但可以随身带，明显不合理啊。而且看见无数人托运zippo火机回去的
