NOC Technician:
monitor, receive, analyze, resolve or escalate system/service incidents for
all global IT systems in a 24x7 environment. The NOC Technician will ensure
all incidents are logged and resolved, gather all relevant data, ensure all
incidents and tasks follow the appropriate procedures, support data center
activities including planned work, and other requests as needed.
You will be responsible for:
• Being the first responder to all alerts and problem reports while
managing communications between departments and handling crisis
documentation and dissemination after the fact
• Responding to and resolving ticket logged both internally and
externally
• Performing general system administration duties including OS
patching and upgrades, batch job monitoring, system and hardware diagnostics

Procurement Specialist:
work on our procurement process, manage relationships with our vendors and
track spending and capacity.
You will be responsible for:
• Procurement of IT services, equipment, software, etc.
• Processing Purchase Orders (POs)
• Generating and processing contracts
• Soliciting and evaluating competitive proposals to achieve cost
savings goals
• Monitoring supplier performance on an ongoing basis to ensure
their reliability, capability and delivery of services and products
• Resolving complex contract/purchase order/invoice disputes, in
conjunction with the rest of the team
• Collaborating with the Sales team to understand the needs and
budget targets of customers
• Day-to-day interface with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors &
