我现在是OPT，然后公司帮着申请H1B了，我的curernt F1 visa 到10月都没有过期，
那我H1b approve 之后，大概5月到10月期间可以回国吗？这中情况我是不是都不用签
证就可以直接回来了？F-1没过期

the lady didn't allow us to ask too many questions....and only said "they
are working on it". When we asked whether the name check/background check
has been cleared or not, her answer was "they will let you know"....and she
suggested not to do anything about the case so the case would not be
misplaced or etc?
anyways, did what we could...and will have to keep fingers crossed for now..

你说没有过期的是F1 visa stamp，还是F1 visa status呀？
如果你有没过期的Visa Stamp，过期前可以回国，而且不需要再签证回来。
不过，我估计你说的是Status

你照着document做，其中有一步可以改，另外不是直接安装官方的包，需要一个工具。
