有关密度泛函的小问题：
运行一个小计算，"end of the run" 出来, 可是命令行迟迟不出来，必须得用 Ctrl+
C 才行，请问高手是何原因？

When the program is finished up,"end of the run" shows up on the screen. but
the command line does not pop up.
Usually if everything is good, right after"end of the run", the command
line follows up and shows up on the screen.

I run Siesta which is One of DFT.
commands I used is like this:
siesta < h2o.usercell.fdf > h2o.10Ang.out &
tail -f h2o.10Ang.out
The command line could not show up.
If I use
siesta < h2o.usercell.fdf > h2o.10Ang.out
Everything perfect fine!

短篇我觉得《乡村教师》很好很好。
科幻就是现实，是将来的现实。
时间地点人物在变化，而故事却在重复。

The problem is "tail -f"
Try use "tail"

hehe, use tail without "-f", then you won't see "end of the run" :)
If you case,
siesta < h2o.usercell.fdf > h2o.10Ang.out &
put the main program to background
tail -f h2o.10Ang.out
is monitoring the log file, so you need "^C" to stop monitoring when you
see the "end of run". and it is safe, it just stop monitoring the log file,
not affect your main program.

Do you mean using ^C to stop monitoring is good?
But when I run several programs like them and use
grep 'Total='h2o.*.out< filename.out
I could not find filename.out , not mention to open it up.
It is supposed that all data stored in filename.out.
