I am looking for a house too. I do care who I will live with.
1. I don't like pet. While your neighbor's dog may not bark at night, it will
bother them more than you.
2. If it is a latino or black neighboor, I will think twice because they tend
to party a lot.(潜意识)
3. You can't complaint to association. I doubt if they will do anything for u.
4. If they are relatives from out of state, it will be fine, because they only
come once a while.(check their license plates). However if they are local,
