From my indirect experience (one of my friend's), AA is very bad. AA is the
ONLY airline company that I heard denied people (my friend) check-in simply
because he was 3 mins later than the damned so-called "30 min cut-off policy"!
My own experience with AA (one from east coast to SFO) was nothing good
either, just so so. Now, I actually boycott AA as much as I could.
Well, in contrast, my experience with UA (one from Chicago to Beijing) was
much better.
