看着很不错。但是，如果没有附近社区最近房子买卖的信息，太难估了。而且Fort lee
那么大。房子也多。至少也需要这个county的最近类似房子买卖的情况。

不错哦，我们以前看到60万以下的比这个差多了，都是几十年没装修过的样子。不过只
有两个洗手间，其中一个还在地下，会不大方便。

觉得这个很重要啊，北大清华等这一些占了很多优势。要么是名校的，要么是专业很出
名比如国家重点学科什么的。

美国非名校就算招到清北的学生，也是不太靠谱的那种，通常还不如普通985的学生。

Credibility of GPA & ref letters are correlated with univ ranking.
People tend to believe, say, Tsinghua's GPA and class ranking give more reli
able info than those provided by lower-ranking places. Let alone China's
college entrance exam
is far more credible than GRE.

工作多年的经验就是一个人的能力其实和学校 uncorrelated. 只是学校好的学生能得
到更多的机会而已。

my experience is 985 students will perform slightly better than top 2
students once they are in the same position.
