Tomorrow Is the day to close my house. I am looking at my closing cost sheet:
Item 703 --- 3% commission to my agent. I understand this one.
Item 704 ---- $195 commission to Crye-Leike, Inc., Realtors. My agent told
me it is a document fee.
请帮忙看一下，这个Item 704 费用是否合理。不知道能免除吗？ Other agent
friends told me yes my agent should be able to take it off, but my agent
refused to do so.

I was charged the same. I didn't argue about it because I was quite happy
with my agent. But it should be negotiable with your agent.

Thank you for the reply. I had a terrible experience with my agent. It was a
long story --- she took avantage of my trust and lied to me, stopping me
from switching to another bank for the loan... anyway I am happy it is
almost over.
