我的Mortgage broker 给我的GFE quote 中有一项
compensation to broker (Not paod out of loan proceeds)
818 Mortgage broker compensation paid by lender 0.75% amount 1932.00
这个是什么？大家见国么？看着怪怪的。
PS: 这个broker 是Zillow上评价还挺高的，叫Martin. DreamHomeFunding 在德州. 有
人用过么？

我要的是15年fix 0 origination and 0 point
800中主要的是
appraisal 460
administrative fee 795
其他的都是小钱，十快二十块的
没有processing and underwriting fee
不过奇怪的是
今天早些时候他以为我要的是30年fix
给我发的GFE中居然还另外有一项
808 Mortgage broker fee $984.00
在我抱怨说不可能会close with more than $2000 closing cost 后，在给我的15年
fix GFE中这一项就没有了。诡异！
我另外quote了两个broker给的GFE 800基本上是1100－1300 plus appraisal...
德州都是这么贵么？
看到版上有些人的closing cost 好便宜！羡慕！

后两个都是正常范围
找老中能更低一点点，也不会太多了

it was listed under 818, but said paid by lender.

不过透露一下，现在德州的15 年 0/0 fix rate is 4.25%.
