我们的律师似乎半死不死，怎么也不回复我们。
所以我们根本不知道现在的485情况，据他说，12月初寄出的，但是到现在我们也没有
receipt.
我们现在打算自己重新把所有485申请文件，费用重新寄给移民局，这样可行吗？
duplicate submission。
能问律师要回申请费吗？他10月就把我们的移民申请费3000多（1070+380+360）X2 拿
走了。其实2个300多好像是不需要交的。
求助，谢谢！

新房，信用卡、Amazon改地址时，都suggest 更改街道名称。（有两个字母顺序反了）
发现罪魁祸首是usps
给他们发Email了，看他们怎么回。
有没有人经历过这样的事？

不知道。前几天去换车的title registration，忘拿insurance
card，第二天去，发现vin不一样。DMV的就说肯定是我的insurance
错了，他们的系统不可能错。
结果他们错了。

美国佬，干活太不仔细了。
我记得以前在国内填表的时候，那个小心啊，生怕哪里写错了。
现在我的credit report里有3个名字，多出来的两个都是多一个字母或改了一个字母。

不知道，但2个300多是填表费吧。如果不是就被骗了。钱你是要不回来的。

自己再递交一次的后果，万一之前的那份递交这几天刚被受理，那么后面重复递交的回自动被退回吗

1. There are holidays in between
2. More cases mailed in means slower notice date
3. duplicate filing, waste money, waste eceryone (LZ and USCIS)'s time. It
could also complicate things and cause unwanted delay.
However, LZ does have right to do what ever s/he wants.

I agree with noles duplicate filing could cost unwanted delay and extra
money. But there got to be something he can do to get the RD number. I just
couldn't figure out how to use infopass to get RD or other way to do it?

难道材料不全，USCIS 不给发receipt?
还是receipt仅仅发给律师，他根本收到了也不及时给我们？

I assume it's latter. Or your lawyer didn't file that early.

Ask your lawyer the package tracking number. I suspect your lawyer lied and
mailed it very late.
