Anyone kwows how much roughly the cost will be for 610k house in union
county, NJ (purchasing)?
Is there big differnce between different agencies? or it's very close? Can

I just got a quote of ~$2800 for title insurance and title search. DOes this
sound reasonable?

sounds reasonable.
the premium is based on purchase price, which is around 2400. then there's
other fees. different agencies can differ somewhat. e.g. my co-worker and i
purchased houses for the same price, her title insurance final price is 300
more than mine.

差不多吧，我在essex county,房子比你的便宜一点点，这部分好像是2400左右吧

Title insurance 是根据loan amount来订的。不是所有人都是一样的。

Thanks for all the replies.
title search is ~400.The title insurance part is ~2400, It inlcudes both
owner's title insurance and lender's title insurance. Does the buyer need to
pay for lender's title insurance in NJ?
