We are in the process of buying a SFH, but the seller needs one-month rent-
back and the rent is our mortgage payment. Is there anything we should pay
attention? How much deposit should we ask? Thanks a lot for advices!!!

还有按时不搬每天怎么算。。。以及怎么打扫等等。。。
你们有agent吗？我们也下过一个rent back的offer，agent给列了好多东西。
