8月份会搬到Florida工作，听说如果4月底买房的话还会有$8000, 我们应不应该现在抓
紧几个周末从Virginia 开去看房子，然后4月底买一套呢？现在是买房的好时机吗？谢

要去的地方是Jacksonville, FL, 主要想找个好学区（小学和中学），大家知道那个
zip
比较好呢？

Depending on what you plan to buy. If you are only looking for something
small and cheap, you should buy it now. I got a few friends that bought 50
to 70K small condos in FL auction, 8K is a large percentage of that. But if
you are looking for something over 1M, 8K is a very small percentage, there
is no reason to rush.

退税好像最高到房价的10%
50-70k的房子只能退5k-7k
