FHA has very tight requirement on condo/townhouse. if this is for a SFH, the
different will be very limited. basically a person who can not make 20%
down and with low credit score will have to go with FHA. Seller can require
no FHA and/or VA loan to reduce the rick that the buyer may not be able to
close the transaction.

FHA loan is a federal assistance mortgage loan in the United States insured
by the Federal Housing Administration. The loan may be issued by federally
qualified lenders. FHA loans have historically allowed lower income
