1. should a final reading of gas, electricity, water, etc. be scheduled at
closing?
2. who should schedule the readings?
3. Will the utility charges before closing be paid by the sellers (or by the
title company on behalf of the sellers) on the day of closing?

1，在你过户前要去房子walk through的，看看房子里是不是有些损坏，同时把水电煤
气读数都作个记录。
2，你的agent应该给卖方agent沟通时间。
3，卖方应该打电话给水电煤气公司要求在过户当天transfer帐户，你也需要打电话给
水电煤气公司要求transfer到你名下。
以上这些都应该是你的agent清楚的，并且至少在过户前一周告诉你的。

问题是，谁会通知title company这些水电气的欠款多少？好像title company 要在
closing的时候把这些欠款从给卖方的钱里面扣除掉。
我会看有没有包子，然后发给你。

你实在不放心就要求title company预收卖方的水电煤气费。
关键是在卖方和你之间换账户的事情要处理好。
