Septic tank检查的时候发现不中用了，我们问seller要了3万6的 credit, seller虽
然不情愿最后还是答应了。
水位大概在80"左右，土质不算太＂好＂(clay)，我们琢磨着能不修就先凑合着住，
实在不行再找人修。
有有经验的同志给扫扫盲吗？

一下子放了750 Gal的水下去， 24小时以后再回来看，发现 D-box没办法打开，水没

Then what do you mean "实在不行" in "实在不行再找人修"? : )
I'd consider the status quo is already "实在不行". If you start to call for
help when the shit already backs up into your house, then you'd be in too
deep when they eventually fix it up for you.
Start looking around for pros now! It's better handled leisurely.

It's not that bad if the problem is only with D-boxes, better fix it now
before the clogging spreads wider.
