正在给孩子看个二手的piano，我们这里有人offer free的，Aeolian Spinet Piano，
40年代生产的，一直在这个家里，主人快80了，说是自己的父母买的。有点动心，但搬
这个东西要雇人，另外距离我家要一个小时，不知道是否要先去看一下，值得跑一倘吗
？

house A and house B build in same year.
A: there is one more parent-in-law room in first floor(500sft).
but no back yard and house sft is 500sft more than house B.
B. have wood back yard.

craigslist上有不少卖200-1000的，最好看一下，1个小时我觉得太远了

都没啥backyard啊，看起来差不多大？我还是挺喜欢main level in-law suite的，
main level bath带shower么？父母年岁大了不用上楼下楼还是挺好。

你自己懂不懂琴呢？不懂的话有什么可看的呀？另外1小时车程的话要认真考虑运琴的
费用。

yes. it has full bath. and very nice. but there is no backyard!! and A and B
are pretty same except A has an extra parents-in-law suite on the first
floor which is 500sft more. A is walkup basement and B is walkout basement.
A house total sft is 500sft more than B (because of the extra parents-in-law
suite )

搭问一下，那个钢琴如果不叫专门的人搬，自己找几个朋友去搬的可能性有多大？一般
你们去dealer买钢琴，店里派多少人来搬琴啊？

what's walkup basement? lookout or fullbasement?
neither house seems to have much backyard but there's some sideyard, both
are corner lot... does it rain a lot in this region?
which one has in-law suite again? I am confused.

我现在还在住apartment，还在3楼，专业搬琴的说一个楼梯5刀，唉~

正常，住apt最好还是不要折腾钢琴了，你买的时候搬一次，以后搬家或者卖掉还要搬
一次。

我也不想折腾，前阵子想买好点的电钢琴来着，可是每周去老师那之后我都觉得娃被我
给耽误了。。。在这还要再住一年。。。所以想着有没有可能自己去搬？

我们家以前在国内买的钢琴，是请了10个男人搬上楼的，当然我们家比较高，5楼，而
且楼道比较窄。在美国我也问过，不上楼的2个mover可以搬，爬楼的3-4个mover，这都
还是身高力壮的吃苦力饭的，而且人家还不一定愿意给你搬，因为怕mover受伤。建议
你还是不要自己找人了，人情太大了，万一不小心弄伤了，虽说大家自己都有保险，总
是不好的。实在要买就多花点钱请mover。
