洗衣机哪个牌子好？

看到frigidaire有deal，WD加起来1100左右，很省电，号称一年电费100以内，如果用
气，一年费用50以内
其他的牌子有whirlpool，GE profile，Maytag（好多人说不好），Miele（最喜欢，但
是买不起），希望我下一个房子所有电器都是Miele的
来说说哪个牌子性价比高吧，包子答谢有价值的回帖。

Miele is the best, but you might find ASKO brand a little cheaper.
LG or Samsung are the worst (long term).

check out consumerreport, they compare feature,reliability, noise, etc.

viking也有类似的counter-depth，3000多，如果能3000以内买到，真的是不要买接近
3000的LG或者GE profile 了。
有看到sub-zero的floor sample打折，36inch bottom freezer，上面有个坑坑，4000
多。

可是，我不太相信consumer report，把Toyota评的那么高，居然safety都是高rating
，把德国车评的那么低。难说他家会不会把GE profile评到MIELE的上面。

丰田很安全。几千万辆车好几年才出几个事，
你查查别的比他多的多了去了，它被GM股东
黑了罢了。

I do not have good experience with LG or Samsung appliance, they have yet to
proven to be reliable.
Jenn-air is not bad, I had one of their down draft vent before, very good,
but they got bought out by maytag, and maytag got bought out by whirlpool 4
years ago. So you are buying from the largest home appliance maker in the
world.
Viking is very good, they and decor are both top US brand, viking might be
slightly ahead.

Sub-zero is the best refrigerator you can buy, if 坑坑 is not going to be

They have yet to prove themself. Miele and Asko have been making washer and
dryer for long time and proven they can work well even after 20 years with 8
loads per day. I do not have confidence that all the plastic parts (gears)
will last much longer pass the warranty period on those "new kids on the
block" so to speak. That could be one of the reason they go on sale at more
50% off quite often.

用30年没戏把，除非电器里没有橡胶，不然老化是个大问题。
除了烤箱灶台，我真没发现能用15年的。

I have met at least 3 different people that had their miele washer and dryer
without any problems for over 20 years, one couple runs a bed and breakfast
, so they do 8 loads everyday, they showed me the pair, it still looks and
works like new. They bought a second pair as a back up, never have to use
them unless they run out of time.

至少他家的返修率比你在这里道听途说要来的靠铺得多吧？
几个主要的牌子排序是whirlpool,maytag,Kenmore,lg, ge,frigidaire. 这是几年前的，最近没有注意了。

whirlpool is just a average brand unless you go for whirlpool gold.
