Hi, I have seen a job openning of Editoral Board for an open access online
journal. I have a full time job. I am still interested in this one. But not
sure how it works.
1. Is it a part-time job?
2. Will get paid at all?
3. What type of/how much work I would need to put in?
Does anyone have experience to share? Thanks a lot.
Sorry can't type Chinese in office.

刚开始看房子，其中一个的seller agent好像说她可以也可以做buyer agent，请问有
什么好处和坏处？谢谢

No payment. It depends on journal reputation. DO not jump in trash journals'
editorial board, if you aim high.

Pro: You might be able to ask for a lower price since the seller will
pay less commission.
Con: The agent will have conflict of interest.

和seller没关系。agent gets double commission.

好处是如果房子很抢手，你会比别的buyer更容易抢到。
坏处是agent不会替你着想，不会为你争取利益。

Seller normally pays less commission in the case of dual-agent.
We had a dual agent and the seller only paid 3.5% of the sale price as
the commission. She would likely pay 5% if two seperate agents were present. As a result, seller lowered the price by about 1.5%.

有关系。dual-agent一般都少拿，你可以在HUD-1看到他拿了多少。

That is certainly a possibility, but at the same time, you never know
whether she would back down without the commission saving. The end result is
that she sold it to us at a price we are OK with, so that is fine with me.
