What are the stores we can get the credit from AmEx SBS 2011 registration?
As long as it is not a national chain, for example, any Asian markets (
Chinese Market, Korean Market or Japanese Markets)or food places? How about
some small shops for accessories in the malls? do they count?

if u cannot find them
they are not qualified
they either are not local small biz, or do not accept Amex, or are just not
listed by Amex

这个好象老外好多年前就已经游行过了吧。我经常在二手店里面看到人家不要的成品，
不过是些小型的

all the ones you mentioned should work. just avoid big stores and chain
stores/restaurants. last year i used it in massage places, local restaurants
, and small asian grocery stores, and they all worked.

去年我在一家grocery拿到了25
今年amex的fb上找不到这家店

The problem is how to define the "big" store. My option is check the
facebook page first, if not there, try to add the store by your own.
