yep my friend, as u said, the text msg shows its by "chase fraud", so in ur opinion, wha i'm gonna say to them? just clarify whether it was a reasonable charge or not? thx furthermore, the purchase is for one coat which i have returned laterly, need to call them to avoid being charged? i ve never been charged wrongly even, consequently, a really necessary thing worth doing?

For Q1, it's your call. If you know for sure that you are getting a deal, you can waive it. Otherwise, don't. For Q2, tell they that you pay all cash and there's no lend involved. For Q3, it's OK to waive that since you are not going to get anything and this is not for repairing.

BTW, I think it is not very important to know what is short sale, foreclosure or REO. As long as you know your attorney will protect you by searching the title and make sure no lien, that will be good enough. Am I right? Thanks,
