招聘网站上每个职位最后一句都是这个：
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any
employer.
看得我一肚子气，
还让不让我们这些需要h1b sponsorship的人活啦

请问如果在中国银行纽约分行用美元存人民币（<5万美元），以后换回美元，如果有差
价(gain/loss)，需要报税么？
如果把钱寄回国内存人民币，以后再换成美元寄回来，就不需要保税了，是吧？

说是4/30有了contract就可以，请问一下这contract是
指offer接受了就可以呢，还是需要签了P&S？
在麻省，agent说offer接受签字就可以。问了一个律师，
说是需要P&S。不清楚倒是哪个算。

要是我，就硬着头皮投一个试试
投了，不合格，人家也不会打你，
不投，就算他们放宽了要求，也不会主动找到你头上的

not necessary to report that kind of gain/loss.
but theoretically, you should report the interest you earn in the chinese
bank. If IRS wants, they could find out. But I guess they will only do that
for the Top 1%.

哎，我投着呢
不过也是一边投一边生气
想着这一天的努力和时间可能就因为这一句话打水漂了
所以上来发泄一下
这年头h1b怎么就这么难呢？

Thanks, I think the US branches of the China-based banks will automatically
mail out the 1099 form on interest yield (but not the exchange gain/loss)
anyway.

这合同是什么呢？offer还是P&S？
