1005 county property tax 3900
1101 title service and lender's title insurance 1356
1103 owner title insurance 489
1204 state recordation tax 1360/2=680
1206 county transfer tax 3808/2=1904
怎么交这么多税。。。。

801 is loan fee, not tax
1005 is propert tax
1101 & 1103 are insurances, not taxes
1204 & 1206 are non-recurring (one-time) property transfer taxes.

我知道啊，就是觉得transfer tax太高了。 state recordation tax 和county
transfer tax是跟卖家split一人一半的。

Property transfer tax rate is public information, available from county
recorder's office, usually $xx per $1,000 purchase price.

transfer tax一般都是买家卖家一人一半吗？能不能seller全付。。。俺小农。。。

每个地方约定俗成的规矩不一样，而且看你的contract怎么写的。
我倒是觉得最好不要弄impound mortgage account，property tax和insurance自己管
，预交给mortgage公司，白白损失利息，而且多个人过手。

Check your contract, it should have specified who is responsible for the
transfer taxes.

当时agent说一般是一半一半，所以contract就这么写的。。。

i complained to my agent before about this. there is an option on the
contract to let the seller pay 100%
he told me even I chose that option, the offer will be countered. 50/50 is
regular practise. :(
I don't like my agent at all.
