从deed上看的出来么?

1. if you have upstairs/downstairs neighbor, you own a condo
2. if the concrete foundation is shared, you own a condo
3. if you don't pay land tax, you own a condo
4. if the deed said it is a townhouse, it might be a condo
5. if you read my post and not get confused, then you own a condo.

呵呵, 1,3,4,5都是否, 2不确定, 我怎么知道我们家跟旁边的人家是不是share

没有townhouse。
只有fee simple, condominium, co-operation等。

这些都没有说, 在legal description里说了这个:
Being the same premises conveyed to grantors herein by deed from
XYZ LLC dated December xx, 20xx and recorded on January xx, 20xx
in the ABC county clerk's office in deed book N, Page M
PS.忘了说, 这是个Townhouse, 不然我也就不费劲去figure out到底是不是condo
