shopper email说1/19号寄出，现在还没收到
cs 2/2号email说寄出，今天收到.看来shopper是寄丢了,邮局还是shopper会赔?

等到30天，然后给shopper客服打电话，然后调查有结果的话就会refund。我第一个月
的油卡就寄丢了。

我觉得这明明是1月份的到了
2月2号的今天怎么可能到

1/27/2012在cs order, 2/2收到email说寄出,今天收到卡. 他们是一家两个儿子？
shopper是特慢, cs感觉特快...

当然如果shopper说19号寄出
差不多现在也快收到了
一般我都是两周后收到

never got lost in the mail.
but it could take 2-3 weeks to get it. i forgot the exact time, but i felt
the longest time it took was about 2 weeks after i received the shipping
notice. i actually forgot about it after the shipping notice.

no worry, IMHO, they are reputable company.
