博士和目前博后学校都是top5，领域牛导。正在准备申请明年的faculty职位。考虑到
未必能有合适的职位，也在寻找博后的机会。东京大学一个老师对我的研究比较感兴趣
，我也比较中意这个选择。但目前无卡，而且以后想回美国faculty，请问去东大算是
一个好的选择么？

Further September 2010 Extension of $8,000 First Plus New $6,500 Existing
Home Buyer Tax Credit Approved.
[Update July 2010] Approved! First-time home buyers now have until Sept. 30
to close on their home purchases and qualify for the $8,000/$6500 tax credit
under a newly approved extension bill. The closing deadline was originally
June 30. To be eligible, buyers still need a contract that was in place by
April 30.

you need to prove 2 things.
1. you are a frequent reviewer, that is to say how you distinguish yourself
from other regular reviewers
2. journals invite you to review because of your sustained national and
international acclaim
what you can do is following:
1. show how frequent you served as reviewer
2. show the journals are top journals
3. show the authors of the manuscripts you reviewed are top scientist in the
field
4. show the invitation letter or reference letter from the editor, saying "
