要卖房了,想自己卖省commission。不知大家有没有这方面的经验,需要注意些什么。
查了精华区,没找到。多谢了。

buyer agent的Commission可不能省,要不就没有人来看房子了。如果要自己卖的话,最
好就是做Open House了。

Depending if you are in a hurry or not? You can try sell it yourself by many
ways. Some houses price right sells itself very fast, over priced house
will have tough time to sell even with an agent.
If you got time, you can try signs (in front of the house, corner of the
street, corner of the main/busy street that lead of your street).
Listing on ebay, craigslist, local news paper, MLS, etc.
Info sheet with many color pictures, offer open house on weekend, make some
good coffee and bake some cook

多谢楼上二位的解答。除了marketing以外,手续上有什么需要注意的。自己卖房是不
是很麻烦呀,第一次卖房,一点儿经验都没有。

You might consider hire a flat fee agent, you can search for flat fee mls.
I have know a few agents here can list your house on mls for a flat fee and
they handle all the paper work, but you have to market and sell the house
yourself. Everything is done through email, they only do a little paper work
processing at the end (after you find a buyer). I have seen them work for
as cheap as $100, but $200 to $500 is very common (regardless of your house
selling price)

谢谢gezhi89提醒,我也听说过这样的网站,比如 realmart reality http://www.flatfeemlsdirect.com/index.htm, fsbo.com。我再花时间研究研究。
