飞来飞去，想申请个信用卡，可以累计里程的那种，然后增机票之类的。。。。不

usbank flexperks is the best. $45 annual fee from the 2nd year though.

请问这种信用卡是自己申请了，可以给别人买机票吗？还是只能给自己买？我父母经
常来探亲，所以想给他们节约点机票钱。

airline credit cards. you are limited to one alliance though. wait for a
promotion to apply.

I use platinum american express card, which have buy one get one free ticket
to china. (I fly to shanghai a few times a year and was able to get the
free ticket each time with the dates I wanted)

If you can afford, you should always fly first class, if you don't, your
kids will for sure.
That is the first useful thing I learned from my HBS classes.

there is promotion from time to time. so you have lots of chance for
extra pts
100pt is equal to $2 for travelocity air ticket redemption.
you can wait a deal from any airline on travelocity.
you get airline mileage with the reward travel.
