new home purchase from builder with lona amount $264k
The builder mortgage provides two loan options:
1/ 4.375%, 30 year fixed, with the lender providing 1% loan amount (i.e. $2,
640) toward the closing cost
2/ 4.25% , 30 year fixed, without the lender covering part of the closing
cost.
My question is:
which option is better? I am in north carolina.
We might have to sell the house in a few years OR live there for a longer
time. It is uncertain now.
