Irvine in the list is not small city although it has 10% state income tax,
10% sales tax, 2% real estate tax.

为啥有着地方啊？
21 Missouri City, TX 75,000
我们在附近买房子都绕着这地方走，学区不太好，治安不太好，税高。房价明显比周围
的几个区要低。
这排名显然不可靠啊

Some Chinese live there. I don't know why. Maybe the affordable housing
and low taxes? Most of the feedbacks users are negative for the
Missouri City though.
People on facebook seems like the #5 McKinney and #16 Allen TX a lot.
