家门口的草坪偏黄了。德州太阳实在是太毒辣了。:( 请教各位，通常应该隔几天浇水
，在什么时间段浇水，浇多长时间啊？谢谢啦

If you want perfect grass, every day, if not, every other day or every 3
days, twice per week also work, but your grass will not be as good as
everyday watering.
Just before sun rise

It is not how long, it is how much.
It is best to measure with a meter like this

If not, you can just water 1 inch each time if every day.
1.5 inch each time if every other day.
2 inch each time if twice a week.

谢谢你的帮忙。我想问一下，天黑了以后浇可以不？目前家里的sprinker坏掉了。
得手工浇。如果用水管该怎么浇比较合适呢？

this is exactly what i am doing -- 1 inch every day before sunrise but my
grass is still dying... T_T

不能都办到的情况下，“持续时间”比“频率”更重要

同意，我们一般一周才浇一次水，每次每个区 20分钟。

You could have other problem.
In rare cases you could be watering too much, that is why a moisture meter
is critical if you want perfect grass.
1 inch per day is a very rough guesstimate, it does not take into accout
your soil condition, temp, wind speed, grass type, height, etc.
There is a lot of science in growing perfect carpet like grass with just
amount of water.
Post a picture first, I might be able to help you out.

照片来也，请诊断，谢谢！我们有一部分草坪在阴影里面，长得很绿，也比这些黄的草
长得快。所以我觉得应该是热的问题，可是浇那么多水也不见好啊。。。

Did you fertilize?
Also are you sure you water 1 inch per day.
You can try to stick a bamboo chopstick into the soil about 7 to 8 inches,
it should be easy and when you pull out, you can see it has moisture on it.
If not, you need more water.
You can call your local county or state extension office to see if you can
have your soil tested for problems.
